I emailed the site owner. They say it clearly that the site is for entertainment purposes only. If the female profile has a heart icon which they all do, you can never ever meet them in person. They actually warn you of all this. So I don't know how you can call it fraud if they tell you specifically that all the female profiles are fake profiles that you can never meet in person. Just chat, flirt, etc....
